What do you feel that you get from Callan that you can't get anywhere else?

There was a moment, a couple months ago, that shifted everything I was doing here. I was already all in, but I made it bigger. And you probably don't even know. It was probably something small to you.
I was in student success at the time. A student was about to cancel his membership. My job was to have these conversations, save the sale, and keep them enrolled.
Before the call, you sent a voice message:
When I got on the call with him, he cried. He told me he was struggling. That there was no way he could make it work. His lingo went out the window, and I just listened. At the very end I said: you stay here. We're just going to wait it out. His whole face went white. He kind of joked — I'm just going to say for the transcript, I do not expect this. I actually had to convince him to take it.
His world has completely shifted. His family is growing. We just hired him as a coach. We're paying him a generous salary for the seller he deserves to be.
I almost can't find the words to describe the aura. You have that.
I just elevate without realizing.
What is life even right now.
Callan got me into a river in Colorado. We had to trudge through snow in January to cold plunge. Life-changing experience. No one else in the world could have gotten me to do that.
There's no you have to do it. It's just I'm going. I'd love if you were there. And you're like, hell yeah. I will be there.
That's just because that's who you are. To be in your energy, to feel your presence — I don't even think what would Callan do. I just elevate without realizing. There are very few businesses out there where your life genuinely gets better because you work with you and for you.
This company would not be what it is without you. And I definitely would not have left my business if it weren't for you.
You held the space where I could just do my job.
We get to be wildly successful and we get to be high-frequency. All in the same breath.
I don't think you fully realize what you're doing for women like me.
I did a lot of reflection on the launch and how we spent what we spent. I've never spent that much in that short a time. It actually comes down to you. To your energy and your expansiveness. You quantum leap.
This industry is fear-based. As somebody running ads, you feel like — I'm on the line here. This is all my fault. There's a lot of pressure. Sometimes you internalize it.
Because you did that, I was able to detach from the outcome and just go right into the numbers and spend. That itself is unique. Many other people aren't thinking that way — they think we're all going down if you don't perform. You held the space where I could just do my job.
The most magical gift you could give somebody is the knowing. That their life is going to be better. That they are more than what they believe they are — before they can see it for themselves.
You are magic. You can do anything you put your mind to. And just by being that example, you give hope. Not just to me. To everyone around you.
I felt it big time when we were in LA for your birthday. You knew I needed to leave my job. You hoped for me what I could see — what you could see — for myself.
You are beyond selfless. You share every piece of knowledge in the nooks and crannies of your insane brain, without asking for anything in return.
We laugh our asses off. But we also get really real. The times you've been hard on me have given me a life I didn't even realize I could fathom.
I got the jackpot. I lucked out on my circle, on my friends. The word I always come back to — is hope.
You make it feel like we can play in a game no one has played before.
I look up to every single person here. Starstruck every day.
I avoid learning from everyone in this room. Callan, you have this ability — I don't know what it is — to change people's lives almost in minutes when it speaks to them.
I don't think it's any coincidence that my life has gone 10x. Flipped up, leveled up, completely different. Everything just clicks into place since I started working with not just you, but everyone you've assembled in this room.
They say surround yourself with people who are better and more intelligent. You actually do that. And somehow it shows up. It's just so much fun.
I always think of the unrelenting momentum we have. We've been through good times, and thankfully not many bad times — but there have been days. You always say whatever happens, we'll figure it out.
The culture you've created, the drive, the momentum — for all of us, we can run through some pretty serious walls right now. And we've been lucky to not have to hit very many of them. But I have every confidence in this world. No matter what happens here, we could figure it out. This crew, and what you've created, allows us to do that in ways that no one else can.

I've worked with a lot of affiliate managers. Not one of them has ever been remotely helpful.
Honestly, I don't know a lot of the stuff you guys talk about. I couldn't even dream of what you do. But you bring other people into our world. Getting Charley to notice. Other people so willingly come. It's probably the best place. I'm starting to think there's a whole world of Uncommon Business — for us, for all the students, and for everyone we're building this for.
Your gravity analogy — you really are the center of mass. Your ability to change lives, over time for us, but even in the ten minutes with the guy in Czech Republic on a call. His brain broke. You took the top of his head off.
I have a little bit of a different perspective, because I feel like we started before any of this came. But I think — subconsciously — we were definitely being led this way. On a very unique journey.
There are so many things, Callan, that you offer me that I can't get from anyone else in my life. One of the biggest is truly your brain. And the imagination behind what you do. How you think. How you move through your day. There's nobody else that thinks like you.
I'm always putting on my Callan hat and really thinking — okay, how would Callan think about this. I'd love to be in that energy and presence. The rawness of how would Callan think about this. Because there is just that imagination that nobody else has.
I've never met anyone like you. I've met a lot of people, and there are very few I feel so incredibly drawn to. You are a unicorn of a human being.
Your soul knew it needed to come back just to be light, to be joy, to inspire people. And you do that with every cell in your body. It is a miracle to witness.
I have such deep reverence for you. I'm really proud of you. I'm really proud of the people you surround yourself with — it's also really cool because I get a built-in family and team. Getting to spend my time with you, my life with you, is the greatest blessing. I love you.
A million-and-one qualities. The one top of mind is her potency.
It is impossible to spend any extended time with Callan and say your life has not been changed by her.
Every single person I know who has had the blessing of being around her — when she comes to mind, it is the same line: that woman has changed my life.
It's because being in her embodied frequency literally changes your life.
I feel forever grateful to have been blessed with her presence. Keep spreading your wings. You truly will never understand the impact you've made in the world. But hopefully today, you get a little peek into it.
